People who are unwelcome anywhere else often come to the Union. Not only because of its open attitude, but also to hide and disappear. However, the hard conditions make it impossible to just live alone. Outcasts are thus often employed as hunters, caravan defenders, or personal guards.
The mighty Snow Warriors guard the city. But for forts and borders, Ice Ranger are better suited. They can perfectly camouflage in snow, move silently, and know mountains better than anyone. Be careful while walking along the paths of the Union, perhaps one of the drifts is a lurking Ice Ranger. Before you know it, though, you'll have his arrow in your belly.

Maneuver
When the creature is about to retaliate on a melee attack it moves away from the attacker first and then retaliates with its ranged attack.
Deadly Frost Shot
When this creature has a Cold Blood's level of 2 or higher, the next shot is always critical. Critical hits from this creature consumes Cold Blood's level.
Ice Arrow
Concetrates energy to powerful ice arrows and deals damage to target and has 100% chance to freeze it. If the target was already frozen, inflict an additional damage to target.
